DISCLOSURES
1. HISTORICAL HOME. You are renting a historical home that is older than the United States of America! We try to restore the house with as much modern comfort as possible. However, its valuable original wide pine floors have sloping areas. Doors by the two sides of the fireplaces are tilted as they were the original design of curved ship compartments.
2. OWNER OCCUPIED. Liberty Emery has six exterior entrance doors. The airbnb rentals (Hale, Liz and Brown) uses front Door A only. Owner's family lives in a separate unit of the house. Another mom and son have lived in Door C for over 15 years. We are very quiet and peaceful residents.
3. RENOVATIONS. There may be renovation noise in other units during business working hours (8am - 5pm, M-F).
4. TRAVEL INSURANCE: It is recommended that you purchase insurance for unexpected travel delays or other surprises. All booking cancellations must follow Airbnb preset policies.
HOUSE RULES are for guests to follow. Your reservation is subject to immediate cancellation without refund in violation of these rules.
1. NO PETS.
2. NO PARTIES. Only registered guests can stay over night. All other visitors must be registered prior booking approval and be accompanied by a registered guest throughout their visit.
3. SMOKING is allowed outside of the house only. Please keep nearby doors and windows fully closed.
4. NO DRUGS are allowed anywhere on the property, including inside of private vehicles parked on site. New Hampshire does not allow recreational marijuana usage.
5. NOISE!! The Emery House is designed for homy peaceful staying. No loud music or gatherings are allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9pm and 7am whereas everyone is expected to use low voices and turn down TV/music to the minimum.
6. OVERTIME: Regular check-in time is 4pm and check out time is 11:00am. Early check in or late check out must obtain prior permissions. Unauthorized overtime between 15 minutes to 2 hours will be fined for $50, and $300 plus damages if over 2 hours.
7. FIRE & CANDLES: No fires or candles can be lit inside. Guests are welcome to use fire pit outdoor with care.
8. ALCOHOL: Do not arrive drunk, get drunk, or leave drunk during your staying. Police will be called immediately and the remaining of your reservation will be cancelled without refund.
9. SECURITY CAMERAS: Please be aware security cameras are in all outdoor areas and exterior entrances. Guests are not allowed to alter or modify these cameras.
