Service Description

O'HARE LOCATION: 100 Higgins, Park Ridge, IL 60068. Max 80 people, 1,000 sf. BUSINESS MEETING RATE: $65/hr. OTHER EVENT: $80/hr. Projector, chairs, desks are available for setting up. SET UP: Our Center Hall is located in the Lower Level (basement). Bathrooms are located on the 2nd floor of the building and no elevator is available. AV EQUIPMENT: Group may bring their own AV equipment. We offers no guarantee on compatibility of outside equipment. Group is responsible for arranging rental of equipment, set-up and dismantling. MISCELLANEOUS: - No smoking in or around rental facility. - No Candles - No Alcohol. WET BAR: We stock Bottled Water, Diet Coke, Arizona Green Tea, and Healthy Snacks. Group may use anything from the Wet Bar and we will bill you after taking inventory (Please fill out the provided form for items consumed.) CLEAN UP: Group is responsible for the cleanliness of meeting facility upon conclusion of event; a clean-up fee of up to $50.00 will be assessed if meeting space is not returned to its original state. > Chairs and tables must be returned to original position > No used materials or trash to be left in meeting rooms > All garbage items must be place in trash bins > Leftover food must be placed in trash bags and taken away. GROUP ASSUMES ALL LIABILITIES AND BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES. We supports business hosting various events. Please be informed of the following important safety-related rules and policies. Your event is subject to immediate shut down WITHOUT refund if any of these rules are violated. If you agree to abide these policies, you are welcome to book our space! Cancellation Policy

No penalty if written notice is provided two weeks prior to meeting date. Cancellation less than two weeks will be accessed a 25% administrative fee. No refunds if cancellation is less than one week from scheduled function. A full refund, less applicable cancellation fees, will be returned to Group within 5 business days.
